Do I need a credit card?
Yes. A card on file reserves your trial spot. You won't be charged anything for your 2 free weeks.
What happens after my 2 free weeks?
Your weekly service continues at the price we quoted at your inspection visit. If you don't want to continue, just call or text 520-521-0905 before your trial ends.
How much does weekly service cost?
It depends on your pool's size, features and needs. We inspect your pool and give you your exact weekly price before your trial starts.
Is there a contract?
Never. Service is month to month, and you can cancel anytime by call or text.
My pool is green. Does the trial cover that?
The trial covers weekly maintenance. Green pool and algae recovery is quoted separately. We'll give you a price at your inspection visit.
Do you service my area?
We serve Oro Valley and about 25 miles around it, including Tucson, Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes, Marana, Catalina/SaddleBrooke, Vail and Tucson Country Club Estates. Enter your ZIP and we'll confirm your route.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have safe access to your pool area, we can do everything while you're away. Many customers give us gate codes or keys.
